For buyer and owner inspections, we act solely for the client commissioning the inspection and do not represent the developer, seller or contractor in relation to that inspection.
Our purpose is simple: help you approach handover, purchase or property ownership with a clear, documented understanding of the visible and accessible condition observed on the inspection date. We inspect visually and non-destructively and document relevant visible findings within the agreed scope with photographic evidence where practicable and a recommended next action, and deliver a clear report you can act on within 8 hours after the inspection is completed.
