Apartment inspections are visual and non-destructive. Common areas outside the demised unit and concealed services are outside the scope unless separately agreed.

Yes, subject to the confirmed scope and safe access. Furniture and belongings can conceal areas; we document relevant access limitations rather than assume those areas are defect-free.
Do you inspect studios and penthouses?
Yes. Share the layout, approximate size and any terraces or other special areas so we can confirm the inspection scope and fee.
Does an apartment inspection cover the whole building?
No. The standard scope concerns the agreed apartment areas. Common areas, building-wide systems and specialist investigations require separate scope confirmation.
Is snagging worth it for a small apartment?
Yes — even studios and one-bedroom apartments regularly have finishing, sealant and AC snags that are worth documenting early for timely follow-up rather than discovering them later.
