Snagging Inspector

FEDARI BUILDING INSPECTION L.L.C Dubai, UAEFull-time | Field-based

Fedari is looking for a detail-oriented Snagging Inspector to carry out visual property inspections and prepare clear, evidence-based inspection reports for our clients.

Responsibilities

Inspect apartments and villas for visible defects and finishing issues.
Check accessible areas and systems within the agreed inspection scope.
Take clear photographs and record findings accurately.
Prepare professional reports using Fedari’s inspection software.
Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients.
Keep inspection records complete and submit reports within agreed deadlines.

Requirements

Experience in snagging, property inspection, construction quality control, or a related field.
Good understanding of finishes, fixtures, and common property defects.
Strong attention to detail and clear report-writing skills.
Good spoken and written English.
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for inspection work.
UAE driving licence and experience working across Dubai are an advantage.

Experienced Sales Executive

FEDARI BUILDING INSPECTION L.L.C Dubai, UAEFull-time

Fedari is looking for a proactive Sales Executive with at least 2 years of sales experience. The successful candidate will follow up with prospective clients, build business relationships, and help grow demand for Fedari’s property inspection services.

Responsibilities

Respond to incoming enquiries and follow up with potential clients.
Identify and contact prospective customers and business partners.
Explain Fedari’s inspection services and prepare quotations.
Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Build relationships with real estate agents, owners, and other relevant partners.
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
Track sales activity and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Confident using email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
Professional spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.
Experience in real estate, property services, or home inspection is an advantage.
UAE driving licence is an advantage.
