Partner bookings, occupied properties, restricted-access inspections, commercial work and multi-property assignments follow the agreed reporting programme.

Fedari provides a visual, non-destructive inspection of safe and accessible areas within the agreed scope. The inspection cannot guarantee the identification of every defect or concealed condition. Inaccessible areas and relevant limitations are noted in the report.
Pre-handover inspections are visual and non-destructive. We assess accessible areas on the day of inspection and cannot identify concealed defects behind completed finishes.
Arrange lawful access, any required building or developer permission, and operating electricity, water and air conditioning. In Dubai, confirm that the required DEWA connections are active. Tell us about any uncommissioned systems or access restrictions before booking so we can confirm what can be checked.
