Fedari provides a visual, non-destructive inspection of safe and accessible areas within the agreed scope. The inspection cannot guarantee the identification of every defect or concealed condition. Inaccessible areas and relevant limitations are noted in the report.
Overseas inspections are visual and non-destructive, within the agreed scope. The client (or their appointed representative) arranges appointments, permissions and any developer approval needed to enter the property. Areas that are unsafe or inaccessible on the day are noted as not inspected in the report.

Do I need to be in Dubai for the inspection?
No. Most overseas clients are not present. Once lawful and safe access is arranged — by you or your appointed representative — we inspect on your behalf and deliver the report digitally.
How is access arranged if I am abroad?
You or your representative (for example an agent, family member or property manager) coordinates access with the developer, seller or building management. We then schedule the visit with them directly.
How do I receive the report overseas?
Digitally — you receive the full photographic report within 8 hours after the inspection is completed, wherever you are in the world.
Can you handle a handover inspection while I am abroad?
Yes — this is one of the most common overseas requests. Findings are documented before acceptance, so they can be raised within the developer's handover process while you remain abroad.
Can you inspect near the end of my defect-liability period?
Yes. A DLP inspection documents visible and accessible findings while they can still be submitted under the applicable warranty terms, subject to your contract.
