Honest scope & limitations
Fedari provides a visual, non-destructive inspection of safe and accessible areas within the agreed scope. The inspection cannot guarantee the identification of every defect or concealed condition. Inaccessible areas and relevant limitations are noted in the report.
An HVAC duct inspection is visual and non-destructive and covers the agreed safe, accessible and observable areas. It does not include opening sealed ducts, air-quality or microbial testing, refrigerant work, or performance guarantees, and it does not replace servicing by licensed HVAC contractors.
Arrange lawful access and operating electricity so the AC can be observed in operation where relevant. In Dubai, confirm that the required DEWA connection is active. Tell us about sealed ceiling voids or shared chiller systems before booking.
Pricing
Final pricing depends on property type, built-up area, location, access, external areas and the agreed inspection scope. Your exact fixed fee and inspection scope are confirmed before booking.
