Honest scope & limitations
Fedari provides a visual, non-destructive inspection of safe and accessible areas within the agreed scope. The inspection cannot guarantee the identification of every defect or concealed condition. Inaccessible areas and relevant limitations are noted in the report.
An MEP inspection is visual and non-destructive and covers the agreed safe, accessible and observable areas. It does not include opening walls, pressure-testing concealed lines, electrical certification, or performance guarantees, and it does not replace testing by licensed MEP contractors where required.
Arrange lawful access and operating electricity, water and air conditioning so systems can be observed in operation where relevant. In Dubai, confirm that the required DEWA connections are active. Tell us about uncommissioned systems before booking.
Pricing
Final pricing depends on property type, built-up area, location, access, external areas and the agreed inspection scope. Your exact fixed fee and inspection scope are confirmed before booking.
Frequently asked questions
Is an MEP inspection part of a standard snagging inspection?
Visible MEP observations are part of a snagging inspection. A dedicated MEP inspection goes deeper into the accessible systems and is scoped separately.
Do you certify the electrical or plumbing installations?
No. We document visible observations. Certification or compliance testing must be done by the appropriately licensed parties.
Can you check concealed pipework or wiring?
No concealed works are inspected — the review is visual and non-destructive, limited to accessible and observable areas.
What does the report include?
Photographic findings organised by system and location, rated Low, Medium or High. Delivery is within your confirmed timeframe.
